When is my Vampires SMP order arriving?
Please use the guide below to know when to expect your order:
If your order contains the version of the Vampires SMP Enamel Pin WITHOUT the words “pre-order” in the title:
Your order should have already been shipped. Please look out for it and if it does not arrive within 2 working weeks of the date you received a fulfillment email, please contact us.
If your order contains the version of the Vampires SMP Enamel pin with the words “pre-order” in the title:
This means you purchased the Enamel Pin after the initial stock ran out. We usually only receive 200 orders for our enamel pins, but for vampires SMP, we received over 2500, as such, our manufacturers are scrambling to meet demand. Enamel Pin Production takes a long time, and the second batch of pins will likely not be done until late February, this means we hope to send them out early march.
We understand this may be disappointing if you were hoping to receive the merch in time for Christmas, unfortunately we cannot rush our manufacturers to make the pins faster. Thank you for your patience.
If your order contained just a postcard:
We have been able to send a few of these out, but unfortunately due to the sheer quantity of orders will likely not be able to send the rest until after Christmas, within the first few weeks of January. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Please understand that our distribution team is only made up of 2 people, and they are also trying to handle the busy period of Christmas among the massive quantity of orders.

I live in the United States, why is shipping more for me than it used to be?
Due to a new shipping law passed by the United States, all packages into the USA must now be shipped under “International Tracked”. Which is more expensive than the previous option PowCreations was using to ship to the states.

I have a customs charge on my order?
We are sorry to hear this, we try our best to ensure all orders will go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.
My order arrived damaged?
We are so sorry if this has happened to you, Royal Mail occasionally handles packages recklessly. Please use our contact page to get in touch and we'll resolve the issue as soon as we can.
