When is my Vampires SMP order arriving?

Orders that contain a Vampries SMP pin and a postcard will be shipped two weeks after the final episode airs (Most likely this will mean early December).
However, if your order contains the Vampires SMP pin when it was titled “Pre-order”, then it will be shipped along with the postcard after December in mid January.

This is due to PowCreations having limited stock of the enamel pins which take 4-6 weeks to produce, and having to order more for anyone who bought after the initial wave. We thank you for your patience!

I purchased a COWBOYS Smp product, when is that arriving?

If your order was a Gnarp Pin or Gnarp Sticker Sheet, we hope to start sending orders out of those from the 6th of November.

If you purchased a Gnarp Plushy, please contact Fourthwall for when to expect that product.

I live in the United States, why is shipping more for me than it used to be?

Due to a new shipping law passed by the United States, all packages into the USA must now be shipped under “International Tracked”. Which is more expensive than the previous option PowCreations was using to ship to the states.

I have a customs charge on my order?

We are sorry to hear this, we try our best to ensure all orders will go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.

My order arrived damaged?
