When is my Vampires SMP order arriving?

If you purchased a enamel pin:

The second batch of pins that you will have purchased from will not be finished until late February, this means we hope to send them out early march.

We understand this may be disappointing if you were hoping to receive the merch in time for Christmas, unfortunately we cannot rush our manufacturers to make the pins faster. Thank you for your patience.

If your order contained just a postcard:

You should have already received your order by name if it only contained a postcard, please contact us if you have not already.

I live in the United States, why is shipping more for me than it used to be?

Due to a new shipping law passed by the United States, all packages into the USA must now be shipped under “International Tracked”. Which is more expensive than the previous option PowCreations was using to ship to the states.

I have a customs charge on my order?

We are sorry to hear this, we try our best to ensure all orders will go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.

My order arrived damaged?
