When can I expect my Bannerfall order?
If you have purchased any combination of Pins, Postcards, or Embroidered Patches, you can expect your order to be shipped between May-June.
If you were lucky enough to have ordered a set of pre-order Bannerfall Dice, then your order (Including all patches, pins, and postcards), will be shipped sometime in July.
If you purchased a set of “September Delivery” Bannerfall Dice after the restock, then your order (Including all patches, pins, and postcards), will be shipped sometime in September.

When is my Vampires SMP order arriving?
You should have received your Vampires Order by now, if you have not, please Contact Us.
I put in the wrong shipping address
Contact us asap so that we can change your order address on our system
If your order has already been sent, you will need to either pay for a secondary amount of shipping or choose to cancel your order.
I live in the United States, why is shipping more for me than it used to be?
Due to a new shipping law passed by the United States, all packages into the USA must now be shipped under “International Tracked”. Which is more expensive than the previous option PowCreations was using to ship to the states.

I live in the EU, why is shipping more for me than it used to be?
The EU have recently announced a new Custom Duty charge to be made on all shipments made into Europe outside of the EU. As the UK (where we ship from) is not in the EU, shipping costs have risen for, especially in: Romania, Italy, and France.

I have a customs charge on my order?
We are sorry to hear this, we try our best to ensure all orders will go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. Unfortunatelywe aren’t able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.
My order arrived damaged?
We are so sorry if this has happened to you, Royal Mail occasionally handles packages recklessly. Please use our Contact Page to get in touch and we'll resolve the issue as soon as we can.
Why am I being charged more than I am being quoted?
Depending on browser settings, prices are sometimes listed in GBP, not USD. Please ensure the amount you are expecting to pay for your order takes into account conversion rates.
I’ve placed two separate orders and would like to combine them into one package.
