When can I expect my Order?
If your order does not contain a “PRE-ORDER” product, you can expect your order to ship in the first week of March.
If your order does contain a “PRE-ORDER” product, all of your purchased items will be shipped after the production of that product, estimated sometime in the first week of April.
If after 2 weeks from these estimated times your order has not arrived, please contact us via our contact page.
I have a customs charge on my order?
We are sorry to hear this, we try our best to ensure all orders will go through country customs without a hitch, but sometimes problems arise. We aren’t able to offer compensation for any charges that come from customs.
My order arrived damaged?
We are so sorry if this has happened to you, Royal Mail occasionally handles packages recklessly. Please use our contact page to get in touch and we'll resolve the issue as soon as we can.
